Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Clermont County, Ohio. The job is at a busy bakery. The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Performance bonus on top of base pay.
