Framing carpenter — Gumel

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Gumel, Jigawa State. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Own basic hand tools Day to day you will cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦75,000 per month plus benefits.
