Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Gwandu, Kebbi State. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
