Vacancy available: shuttering fixer (Kentucky)

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Martin County, Kentucky. You will work on a residential tower site. On a typical shift you will strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations. Requirements: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
