Steward wanted in Ashland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Ashland County, Ohio. The job is in a hospital canteen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
