HSE supervisor wanted in Putnam County

Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Putnam County, Indiana. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Day-to-day duties: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points 3+ years on the tools preferred.
