Ironing operator — Forest County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an ironing operator in Forest County, Wisconsin. The role involves sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
