Ladle pourer — Dallas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Dallas County, Missouri. You will operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. Requirements: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided.
