Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Calumet County, Wisconsin. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
