Now hiring: we are hiring a packaging worker in Montcalm County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Previous experience on a packing or production line The role involves: • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Strap and band pallets ready for loading • Wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
