Industrial sewing operator — Coconino County

Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Coconino County, Arizona. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. The role involves: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line What we are looking for: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience.
