Powder coating line operator — Rock County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Rock County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a busy paint shop. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
