Baker • Obanliku, Cross River State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Obanliku, Cross River State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
