Cnc setter-operator — Dawes County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Dawes County, Nebraska. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Day to day you will watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; load and index turning tools in the turret; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54).
