Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
