Deboner — Randolph County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Randolph County, Illinois. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits.
