Urgent requirement: powder coating line operator (Ohio)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hardin County, Ohio. You will be based on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
