Join our team: canteen cook (Taraba State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Jalingo, Taraba State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 2+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
