Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Goochland County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork On the job you will handle: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured 4+ years on the tools preferred.
