Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Glynn County, Georgia. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
