In-process quality controller wanted in Orange County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Orange County, Texas. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols You will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges.
