Immediate opening: we are hiring an auto painter in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Day-to-day duties: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
