Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
