Immediate opening: gardener (Kansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gardener in Leavenworth County, Kansas. You will work at a plant nursery. Requirements: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Happy to work outdoors in all weather You will apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
