Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in San Juan County, Colorado. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
