Janitor wanted in Schenectady County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a janitor in Schenectady County, New York. You will work on a hospital ward. Your main tasks: • Spot-clean carpets and lift stains • Dust and wipe down desks, window sills and skirting boards • Mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets • Mop up spills and put out wet-floor warning signs • Sweep, mop and vacuum floors across all assigned areas • Segregate general waste and recycling into the correct bins Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of colour-coded cloths and cross-contamination control • Flexible to cover weekends and rotating shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
