Paint and prep technician — Geidam

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Geidam, Yobe State. The job is at a busy body shop. What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Your main tasks: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss Full-time, day shift.
