AC mechanic • Chase County, Nebraska

We are recruiting: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Chase County, Nebraska. You will be based at a refrigeration and cooling firm. Ideal candidate: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Can read electrical and piping schematics Day-to-day duties: • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
