Powder coating line operator — Ezza South

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ezza South, Ebonyi State. The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Pay around ₦280,000 per month, based on your experience.
