Horizontal milling machine operator — Asotin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Asotin County, Washington. You will work in a die and mould making unit. The role involves mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Six days a week, one day off.
