Now hiring: we are hiring a press machine operator in Warwickshire, England. Requirements: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Day to day you will operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation. 2+ years on the tools preferred. £2,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
