Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Delta County, Texas. The job is at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Your main tasks: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb Full-time with occasional weekends.
