Coating plant operator — Cherokee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Cherokee County, North Carolina. You will be based on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches.
