Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Dallam County, Texas. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Six days a week, one day off.
