Line cook — Cheyenne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Cheyenne County, Colorado. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. We offer $19 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
