We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Ojo, Lagos State. The job is at a high-rise construction project. Ideal candidate: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Your main tasks: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦8,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
