Vacancy available: plant operator (Iowa)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Lucas County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; check for underground cables and services before digging; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings We offer $20 per hour plus benefits.
