Brick and block layer • Lee County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Lee County, Georgia. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. The role involves: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go Ideal candidate: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
