Argon arc welder — Covington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Covington County, Alabama. You will be based on a structural steel site. You will weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to pass a weld test on the spot 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
