Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Richardson County, Nebraska. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 6+ years on the tools preferred.
