Waiter — Vilas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Vilas County, Wisconsin. The job is at a beach resort. The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
