Elevator technician wanted in Pearl River County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator technician in Pearl River County, Mississippi. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. You should have: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Your main tasks: • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes $160 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
