Now hiring: we are hiring a combi boiler installer in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. On a typical shift you will connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation. Requirements: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
