Construction helper • Passaic County, New Jersey

We are recruiting: we are hiring a construction helper in Passaic County, New Jersey. Day-to-day duties: • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
