Refrigeration installation technician wanted in Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Clay County, Mississippi. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. Requirements: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts The role involves: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
