Vacancy available: painter (Scotland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. You will work at a busy decorating firm. You will work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting. You should have: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
