Paint booth operator — Ndokwa West

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Ndokwa West, Delta State. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
