Requirements: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Your main tasks: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
