Immediate opening: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Carlton County, Minnesota. The job is in a textile mill. On a typical shift you will top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
