Great opportunity: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Doniphan County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts Requirements: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Full-time with occasional weekends.
